State government of Bihar bans electronic cigarettes

The state government has banned electronic cigarettes in Bihar. The manufacturing, distribution, sale, purchase, display and advertisement of e-cigarettes have been banned as well. Online purchase of e-cigarettes has been prohibited, too.
