Philip Morris Launches Tobacco-Free Heat-Not-Burn Sticks

The new tobacco-free sticks have sparked controversy since they can bypass most taxes and regulations imposed on similar products, due to the fact that they do not contain tobacco.

11.00% of the adult population are current smokers. There are approximately 1.6 million current smokers in Netherlands.
