Why do we vape? A NYC teen investigates the trend among young people

Despite a decline in teen vaping, a recent U.S. government report reveals that 1.5 million kids are still using e-cigarettes. In New York, where it's illegal to sell vaping products to those under 21 and flavored vapes are banned, many teens still manage to access them. Nora Dergam, an 18-year-old Radio Rookies reporter, investigates how easily young people become addicted and the effects vaping has on them.
