Vape prohibitions: an interview
Vape prohibitions promise control, but their real legacy is often a messier market. Legal products disappear from view, illicit sellers gain room to operate, and adult smokers lose one of the most accessible routes away from cigarettes. The policy may look firm, yet the behaviour it tries to stop simply moves elsewhere. Harm reduction starts from that reality: people need safer options that are legal, regulated and easier to choose than the dangerous ones.
