When a company built around flavoured vaping products is pushed out by regulation, the impact does not stop at the business itself. It also affects the adults who relied on those products to make switching from cigarettes work. The FDA’s approach to flavours has treated adult preference as a regulatory problem rather than part of why harm reduction succeeds. A market without appealing legal alternatives is not safer if smokers are left with cigarettes.
14.10% of the adult population are current smokers. There are approximately 39.8 million current smokers in United States 17.10% of men are current smokers but only 11.10% of women.
