Social media adverts impact vaping behaviours among young people, study shows

A study from the University of York shows that social media advertising, often endorsed by celebrities and influencers, is contributing to the popularity of vaping among young people. The researchers reviewed 11 studies on various social media platforms and found that e-cigarette marketing strategies resulted in increased usage intentions and actual usage among young individuals.
