FDA issues warnings to three companies for distributing e-cigarette products popular with young people
US FDA issued warning letters Thursday to several distributors of e-cigarettes for selling and distributing unauthorized e-cigarette products that appeal to minors. [...]
The agency says the companies have distributed products that do not have marketing authorization, in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
14.10% of the adult population are current smokers. There are approximately 39.8 million current smokers in United States 17.10% of men are current smokers but only 11.10% of women.
